Every fact of this computer’s (sioul_sync::power::read, through watch_system): may wait for a fresh reading ten seconds at most, so only on a thread of its own (the spam filter’s training by itself), never in an exchange (share::metered reads what is kept). A computer’s alone: a phone never trains.
