How long a gap between two of this computer’s ticks (each minute) makes its coming back a new opening (devices::resumed): three minutes, two ticks and their exchanges missed (asleep, the machine frozen), so that a laptop woken has no phone’s word on it until a phone read it awake (the seventh review’s C1).
