Constant WORD_FRESH

const WORD_FRESH: i64 = _; // 7_200i64

How long a phone’s word counts on this computer after this computer last saw that phone’s entry change (Peer::seen): twice the hour within which a living phone restates its entry (devices::RESTATED), one restatement missed allowed. Past it the phone may have taken its word back (said this computer off, or stopped counting it after a week’s silence) without this computer hearing it: no word, this computer is not the first (the eighth review’s N1, N2).
