The devices another device says it replaces (devices::Entry::replaces;
this device’s own entry’s too), counted as forgotten here (Peer::off,
Peer::forgotten: no word owed on this computer’s openings, no doses
waited for from them) while they said nothing newer than the replacement
says: a new start, a later time of their entry, a claim renewed since. A
phone said replaced wrongly counts again by itself the moment it speaks.
Read anew at each look, never kept as a mark.
