Whether a dose’s time has come and it is not marked yet, as the Porch
still asks about it (until the day’s end, twelve hours at most): while one
is and another device runs Sioul, a phone in the background keeps its
two-minute steps, while you sleep too, so that a mark made there comes
within them, not at its next slow look (docs/health.md, “Knowing”;
steps::keeps_close). Read only, nothing repaired here; a record that does
not read counts every dose whose time has come as open, never as none, and
only within the same hours: never before a dose’s time nor past its day’s
end (review of battery part C, G4).
