The pause to move and stretch, every so many minutes since Sioul started or since the last one, without waiting for a focus session; a session running offers its own (FocusWindow.qml). A desktop notification: it reaches you with the window hidden, from the computer you are at. A phone makes none (docs/android.md, “Notifications”): nothing is tried there, so that its status line never says notifications are not made on Android (the owner’s new phone, 16 October 2026).
