Each minute, from the computer you are at (needs_now): a block’s
heads-up about the work, heads_up minutes before it (“No new big
task”), with “Later”; then one at its time. Its name and time only: safe
to be read by someone else (docs/health.md). A phone shows only the
night’s own, at its alarm (decide_night).
