fn on_server(account: &Account, server: &str) -> bool

Whether an account’s address is on server’s origin (scheme, host and port), so that the sign-in’s app password may go to it: an account without an address, or one whose host is the server’s but whose address points elsewhere, never (the review of the join, L2).
