fn closes_the_work_day(sheet: Date, today: Date, closed_today: bool) -> bool

Whether closing a work day’s sheet closes the work day itself, as “Done for today” always did: only today’s, not closed yet; an earlier day’s sheet (opened before the turn of the day, closed after it) keeps its review alone, and never closes a day not begun.
