When the end-of-work notice may come in the next days, for a phone’s
alarms (eventalarms::coming): at the end of each day’s last work or
admin hours, today’s while it may still come; each (day:work:<date>,
Unix seconds). A time just past stays as it was, so that the list stays
the same from one minute to the next: Android rings it at once.
