fn keeps_close(asleep: bool) -> bool

Whether the phone keeps its two-minute steps (docs/android.md, “Its rhythm”), as the devices’ entries read now (the folder and the last pull’s copy): another device in use (sioul_sync::devices::others_in_use: while you are awake, a computer whose Sioul runs; while you sleep, only one someone is at); or, while you sleep, a dose due and not marked while another device runs (health::dose_open_now): a mark made there comes within the two minutes, not at the phone’s next slow look (docs/health.md, “Knowing”). Read before the step’s pull, for whether it pulls at once, and again after it, for when the next step comes (step).
