Each multimedia message’s outcome from its result (texts::took, with
the HTTP status Java read): sent (Android’s Ok and the carrier’s), not
sent and why, in doubt when each of Android’s tries ended on the network
(“network”: the carrier may have it); and the keys whose result is
Android’s Ok without the carrier’s answer, for the sent box to say
(Step::copy_results). Never “delivered”: no report is asked.
