The ledger’s mark made once, when there is none (a request written
before it is refused, as for texts: a ledger lost cannot make old
requests new). Made at every phone step, before the requests are read,
and when the listener relays a line for your computers
(phonemsgs::note): a reply answers such a line, so the mark is older
than the first reply. Never moved once made.
