Whether new is the message of old under a date its provider rewrote: the same table and row id, another date, the same way and people; a text’s words the same, and either sent from the phone or dated within MOVED_WITHIN_MS of the other (the plain texts’ table gives a deleted newest text’s id to the next one: Alice’s “Oui.” deleted, her next “Oui.” is another text, said deleted as before: review of 18 October 2026, L-3); a multimedia message’s media the same by their hashes wherever the older has them, its words and media as complete or more (one read before its parts were attached comes whole).
