The marks of the lines whose row its provider re-dated (moved): each
line of a phone’s log not marked yet whose row is no longer listed, while
its row id is listed under another date with a line of the log holding
the same message (the newest such): a deletion’s line naming it
(Text::moved), never “deleted on your phone”.
