At the start of a run, every configured Microsoft account’s folder kept
before says its kind and address (record_account), downloaded this time
or not, so that it is read with your consent alone (read_all), even
once the account is gone (the re-check of 15 October 2026, M2-bis). A
folder whose download runs elsewhere (its lock taken) is left to it: it
records them first.
