Every listed collection made here, at once and in one pass: its folder,
its name and colour (vdir::prepare), its state (address, read-only,
components), empty until pulled. The first one that cannot be written is
returned, the others made all the same; else how many are new here, or
renamed or recoloured (the pages read them again).
