Syncs every calendar and address book of a contacts-and-calendars account
(the calendars whole first: they never wait for contacts). Every collection the
server lists is made here at once, its folder, name, colour and state,
before any is pulled, so that each is listed, can be written to and is
reached even before its first pull ends (the phone’s calendars of 21
October 2026). Then they are pulled in turns, a slice of time each
(SLICE), until all are whole: no big first calendar keeps the others
waiting. An error in one collection, a lasting one too (a calendar shared
with you refusing your login), ends that one alone, said in the report;
only the homes refused end the account (Err).
