Whether another device than own is in use, for the rhythm of a phone’s background steps (steps::next_step) and of its pulls: in use, still sharing, its export dated lately (FRESH, SKEW). While you are awake, a computer counts while its Sioul runs, whoever is at it, as before; while you sleep (asleep), only with someone at it: one that says nobody is (Entry::active) does not count, so that a computer left on at night with Sioul in its tray no longer makes the phone step every two minutes. One that says nothing of it (an older Sioul, a system that cannot tell) counts by Sioul running, as before. The doses’ knowing is sioul_core::health’s, never this.
