Starts, once in this process, the thread that reads everything on its own
connections to this process’s buses (imp::Reader) every EVERY while
asked within ASKED_FOR, and keeps the last reading; and asks it.
Nothing else in the process asks the system for these: an exchange, a
start, Sioul closing and the training read what is kept.
