What a listing of blobs/ tells (sealed_step): this device’s own sealed files sent before it and gone there go up again at the next push (forgotten as sent); the others’ its copy fetched before it that the server no longer lists are let go here (their writer swept them), but those this device still needs (keep: changes waiting name them, a version kept here by reference may, its own); none while this device’s memory does not say what it needs (keep none: an older Sioul’s, until this one’s first exchange). Until 17 October 2026 the copy kept every sealed file it ever fetched (the review’s finding 1).
