A sealed file this device swept as written by a device that no longer counts (Departed::blobs), taken out there when it is still as old there as it was here (its time there, getlastmodified, two weeks at least before it was swept: another device that uses that content again makes it fresh, blobs::put, and its sync app sends the new time), over its ETag there now. Whether it went. Any failure, any other answer: left there.
