Constant GONE_GRACE

const GONE_GRACE: i64 = _; // 1_209_600_000i64

Notes or papers gone many at once from a folder still there (deleted in bulk, a folder moved within the notes): held this long from when they went (Sealed::gone), said on the Porch with “Put them back” and “Take them out now” (withheld), then taken out everywhere by themselves, unless they came back. Nothing has to be pressed (until 17 October 2026, they waited for “Take them out everywhere”, however long that took). Two weeks, as replaced contents stay (blobs::UNUSED_DAYS).
