Who may ask this device to act for them (texts’ and replies’ requests), in two sets: the devices the sharing counts now (as counting), and those gone by a sealed fact (they left, you forgot them, another device replaces them: Counted::departed). Any other device is not known yet: its records have not come (a new computer’s first request may come before them), a file alone, or a device silent for weeks that wakes; its request waits while it is fresh, never refused for good.
