The other devices of the sharing that count, and what each says of
itself (its latest sealed entry seen here, Memory::seen, a replayed
older copy never lowering it): every device known here by a sealed fact
(its readable entry, its records in the folder, or its records read here
before, read_n, heard_at, whatever the folder shows now: a hostile
folder hiding a device’s files never makes it go), but those that left
(their entry says so), those you forgot until they say anything newer
(forget_device), those another device’s entry says it replaces, until
they say anything newer than it says (devices::Entry::replaces), and
those not heard of for SILENT_DAYS (one of which no clock is known at
all, from when this device first found it so, Memory::unclocked). A
file alone (plain notes, an entry that does not read) with no record is a
stray file, not a device. The same devices as counted says count.
