As rebuild, then then, which sets the files aside (the doses’ repair:
HealthState::set_aside), run while the exchanges’ lock is still held,
before any exchange can read those files again. Run apart, an exchange
between the two steps filled the lost record again from the records, the
full record was then set aside, and the next mark written made every other
mark look taken out, on every device (review of 15 October 2026, P1). Set
aside in that same step, the files hold afterwards only what was written
after the repair: it goes out as changes made here, never replaced by an
older record of the same entry (a dose marked again after it was taken
back elsewhere was lost on every device: RF-J).
