This computer’s rounds below the one returned are past their time, as
remove_old_rounds judges them from its memory as last saved and the
others’ notes: its sending takes those still on the server out of it
(remote), where a sync app left them (eDrive passes no deletion on).
Who counts comes from the memory, as the last exchange found it by sealed
facts (Memory::counting, Memory::uncounted: the sending has no key);
a file of notes alone that it did not know of holds back as before, by its
notes; a memory that does not say: the rule as it was (readers_by_notes).
None when the memory does not read, or is not this computer’s.
