Function withheld_of 

fn withheld_of(store: &str, gone: &BTreeMap<String, i64>) -> Withheld

The files of a store held after going many at once, and since when each (Sealed::gone), summed up: how many, the first and the last gone, when the last leave, and where they were (bulk_folders).
